The pilates edit

Pilates Foundations

An introductory Pilates experience designed for anyone curious about Pilates, wanting to improve their form, or simply looking for a fun way to move and connect with others.

This event is all about breaking down the basics in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment. Together, we’ll go through foundational Pilates movements, posture, breathing, alignment, and core engagement while learning how Pilates can support strength, mobility, and everyday movement.

No pressure, no intimidating studio energy, and definitely no certification involved — just movement, learning, and community.

After class, attendees will have time to socialize, connect, enjoy curated refreshments, and meet other women in the community.
