Fall is here! 🍂 Let’s warm up for Halloween with some fall themes, & pumpkin painting! 👻 🔮🎃
Starting off with a pilates class, followed by painting and bedazzling your own pumpkin to take home afterwards. This is the perfect opportunity to do something artsy, fun and whimsical with your friends!
Location: Within Studios, 798 Bloor St W 2nd floor (please note that the studio has stairs leading up to it), Entrance on Crawford St.
Schedule:
Check In: 7:00-7:15pm
Pilates: 7:15pm- 8:00pm
Pumpkin Painting: 8:00pm-9:00pm

Join us for the second instalment of Book Club! This time, Gargi from Within Studios will be leading us through a yoga flow. At each book club, we’ll decide on the following meeting’s book, and we’ll alternate between pilates and yoga at each book club.
Stay tuned, Verity the movie is out in theatres in October, we’ll find a date to go to the movies together, and will discuss the movie v book at the book club!
